Courtesy 48-hour reservation hold for inquiries.
Deposit equal to half of total payment required
to book reservation. Remainder plus PST/GST (tax) due on arrival.
Payments payable by cheque or cash preferably
in Canadian dollars; however, US dollars based on daily foreign
exchange equivalent accepted. Foreign

If we re-rent the property and do not incur
additional expenses, the client receives a full refund of deposit.
If we have to re-advertise, the client will be charged this fee.
If we do not re-rent the property no refund shall be remitted.
